On our ranch we raise a specialty "heavy" muscled breed of Parthenais cattle; originally bred and utilized in France for centuries, we now breed and raise them with a Canadian mix of our own popular breeds.

We are very proud of this breed's qualities and now sell and promote this beef for customers across Canada.

This beef has a faster cooking time, high tenderness, and a unique and flavorable taste. The lower cholesterol content is an appealing quality for today's health-conscious consumer. It's uniqueness and high quality that stands out in a world of rapidly changing lifestyles!
